Pre-Purchase your auction raffle tickets for the SCWC Black & White Masquerade Gala. This is NOT YOUR ENTRY TICKET. That must be purchased separately here Spring Gala Tickets.

These are your tickets that can be used to bid for auction baskets. Tickets are $5 each and if you purchase 20 tickets before April 4, you’ll get 2 tickets free. Remember, this is how you will be able to Win auction baskets. There will also be tickets for sale the night of the event, on April 18th.

Easy option - is to pre-buy, so you get your tickets with your Live auction paddle when you sign in.

Smart choice - is to buy 20 tickets and get 2 tickets free! Buy 40 tickets get 5 free! (only before April 4th )

Best part - Every ticket supports the Rising Lights Project, Random Acts Matter, and scholarships for deserving women in St. Charles. Win prizes. Give back. Everybody wins!

Our April General Meeting will be held Monday, April 13th at 7pm at the St. Charles Public Library.

We'll share final details on our upcoming Black & White Masquerade Gala, volunteer opportunities, as well as FUN social plans. Bring any questions, ideas, and friends!!

Black & White Masquerade Gala - The Spring Fundraiser (Sat, April 18, 2026)

Enjoy an elegant evening celebrating at our Black and White Masquerade Fundraiser Gala at The Royal Fox Country Club on Saturday, April 18th. We are raising funds for our partner charities and scholarships. Bring your spouse/significant other, friends, etc. (This is an adult only event.)

This special evening will include a delicious dinner, music, dancing, a cash bar, a silent auction, as well as a live auction featuring trips and other large items. It will definitely be an exciting time with all of our friends!! Black and white attire accented with masquerade masks is encouraged.

This event is the heart of our annual fundraising and ALL proceeds will support our two community partners Rising Lights Project and Random Acts Matter as well as our Sherry Costello Scholarship Fund which awards two scholarships annually.

Early bird pricing of $70/person available through March 16th.

Price will increase to $80/person on March 17th.

And this year you have the option to reserve a table for you, your guest, and ten of your closest friends for an additional fee.

All tickets must be purchased by April 3rd!!
