Lazarus House

The St. Charles Women's Club was founded in 1924 by Dr. Edith Lowry to provide mothers with guidance for the proper physical care of their babies. Since then it has evolved into a not for profit 501(c)3 organization that supports the community in many ways. In 2017, we transitioned to a Women's club to include all women to engage, empower, and enrich!
